Wind Down Wednesday #3 ~ Songs to Give You a Mid-Week Boost

Another Wednesday has arrived, and it’s time for you to check in with yourself. How is this week going? What can you do today to help make your Thursday and Friday a bit brighter?

For this Wind Down Wednesday, I’ve asked people about their favorite songs for relaxing, letting go, and perking up. The only requirement was that they not be sad songs — which is a bit of a tall order for relaxing songs, as it turns out.

Overall, I received some pretty great suggestions, and I added several that are on my personal list of mood-boosting tunes. There’s a little bit of everything here, but you won’t find instrumentals. Instead, I wanted to create a fun playlist of popular songs that can also help your mood.
